I did not need to on mine, but depending on mileage and condition, that may be the remedy.
Instead of pushing the grease past the seals, I pumped only enough grease in as to where I could almost feel resistance in the grease gun. Then I drove for about 500 miles, then regreased the yokes and joints. Some needed no grease, others, most certainly. But this is only me, and YMMV. So far, so good.
