So I have a CR Laurence power sliding rear window in the back of my truck. It currently works off of the switch that was supplied with it. The switch is boring and doesn't match the rest of the inside. So I want to wire the window to my stock rear window switch. No biggie right? WRONG. Not for someone who obviously isn't that good with electrical stuff. Is there any way someone could tell me what each of the wires that come out of the back of this switch are for. If it helps at all.... I think the W-G wire is power for the light inside the switch and maybe the G is the ground for that. Seems as if the B-L is to the motor for down and Y-R is to the motor for up. B-Y I have no clue.
Also, on my current switch I have a blue wire which is fused so I have to assume that's where the juice comes from. A yellow wire and a red wire both go to the motor, so I assume they are up and down (maybe they reverse themselves since they are the only two that go to the motor?), and a black that I assume is ground, but haven't been able to follow all the way yet.
