So i just bought 05, I am ordering Toytec ultimate lift soon. Now the look for wheels is on, I really like XD Hoss wheels, they have the right bolt pattern for us the problem comes in with offset and backspacing "I suck at this part" oh also size is 18x9. Well i have read for a rim that size 0 offset is perfect with like 4.75 backspacing or something around that. HOSS wheels have -12mm offset with 4.53 back spacing. with 275/65/18 tires will these rub alot. I am sure i would have to do some minor trimming, but i'm more concerned with UCA's or suspension parts rubbing. Anyone have any input

My guess is yes...
Here's why: 1) The 275/70/17 is popular, many use it with no issues after a minor fenderliner adjustment. That size tire works on stock rims and is virtually identical to the size you're looking at. 2) The -12mm offset will move the inside of the tire 18mm out (assuming stock width rims). The rims you selected have an extra .75" of rim on the inside and the outside. 18mm is about .71". My calculations show the inside of your tire will be .04" farther out when compared with stock 17 rims and 275/70/17's.
You may experience very minor UCA (upper control arm) rubbing when the suspension is flexed. Where it may hit is a very smooth, thick chunk of metal that won't be damaged and it won't damage the tire. Worst case you'll want some Spidertrax. If you want it go for it.
*** The above is application of theoretical knowledge. I have not used the combo you're talking about but I'd bet money that I'm pretty close to right.

18x9 with -12 offset will allow for 275/65/18 to clear all suspension components. You will have some rubbing on the fender and bumper because these are much wider wheels and are pushed out due to the offset.
IMO, 275/65's are too narrow for a 9" wide wheel. They will work, but they do not look right when mounted. I'd try taking a look at 285/60's.
