Something I'd Never Do....

As the title states, I'd never ask this community or anyone else for anything, I've already learned enough from you guys and couldn't thank you enough. That being said, in the past weeks my boss and long time family friend had her son experience a spinal injury rendering him a quadriplegic, though theres hope for limited use in his arms in the future. He can't receive PT or treatment beyond stabilization and emergency surgery at the hospital he is currently at, and unfortunately insurance will not cover the cost of moving him to a treatment facility in Atlanta.

This is where I'm asking, on behalf of the family, for your help in the recovery for this teenager. If you can't donate, please send positive feelings, thoughts, and prayers towards the family, this has been incredibly difficult for them.

Again, I hate to ask you guys and girls for anything, but I want to do whatever I can for a family that has done so much for me.

my thoughts and prayers will be with him and his family. I have experienced a major spinal injury myself... I was NEVER supposed to walk again afterwards, and I know how much work it took to come back...countless hours of physical therapy and having just the right team of doctors makes all the difference...I wish there was more I could do, but your friends will definitely be in my thoughts!
