Something's leaking

I noticed this months ago, but haven't had a chance to deal with it yet.

Not sure what part this even is, I've been looking for an engine diagram to ID it, but I haven't been able to find one.

It's located directly below the brake fluid resovior. (It a 2002 SR5)

I'm not sure if it's gotten any worse since I found it. It's not leaking on the garage floor and nothing seems wrong with the runner. As you can see, it's leaking from where the black canister meets the pipe, but doesn't really drip too far.

I'm going to be taking some long drives once the ski season starts and I really would like to know what it is before I venture out.

Thats the steering column. It's not leaking, the 'wetness' is just the oil from the grease that lubricates the universal joint.

Nothing to worry about.
