Somewhat budget but good audio system

Hey everyone,
New to the 4runner world. Just picked up a new Nautical Blue TRD Offroad and loving it! Already looking to upgrade the audio but looking for the best bang for the buck. Not looking for competition quality. (At least not yet). From all the research here it looks like the best approach is to replace the fronts with the Focal is690toy, replace the backs seat speakers with the PowerBass all in ones. (To save a little money over the Focals) Disconnect the back hatch speakers. And add a amp. Looking at this new kicker amp with a DSP built in. (https://www.kicker.com/key-smart-amplifier). Anyone have experience with it? Anyone use any other amplifiers out there with a built in DSP? Not looking to change the HU yet. Oh and finally, might get an underseat sub to put under the passenger seat. (Like an Alpine or Kicker). With doing install myself cost is $300 focals, $90 for Powerbase rear speakers, $200 for Kicker DSP amp. Maybe $300 for underseat sub. Plus ~100 for Dynamat or equiv. This look like a solid plan?

I love the small amps. I have a similar, less fancy model from Alpine that puts out similar RMS. It really makes your speakers come alive and they fit pretty much anywhere you want.

I recommend getting a sub, unless your vehicle already has one. You'll find yourself wanting one! I recommend a 10" if you don't want anything overpowering.

I'm in the same boat and trying to figure out what to do as well. I want to keep my rear hatch speakers in play though.
