TRD Flasher...

I don't really know what to call this thing but it flashes some nice patterns. I picked this up years ago when I was modifying my 93 Celica. Don't ask me where I've forgotten since then. I've been thinking of ways to integrate it into my 4Runner now.

It's powered by 4 AAA batteries in the control module. The module is the brains and controls the patterns. There is also an input for a 6V 300mA adapter.

Looking at that website makes me wish my celica. Without selling her, I wouldn't have been able to afford the 4Runner so I guess it's all worth it...

I loved my celica. It was a 5th generation model (90-93). The 94-99 was the 6th gen. No beefs with the car at all. Toyota actually designed the Celicas to be more female friendly and it shows. The styling is very sleek and stands the test of time.

I would suggest she get the Gt or GTS model because the come with the 5SFE engine. This engine is rock solid and was used in the Celicas, NA MR2 and Camrys. The 5SFE was geared for low end torque and fuel economy so it was also a great commuter car for me. No need to rev the engines up to a high rpm to get power. Also the build quality on the celcias have always been top notched, just like any other Toyota...

i've got a 94 celica GT right now (same engine as the 90-93 GTS). i absolutely LOVE that car. i would HIGHLY recommend getting one. make sure it's a stick shift though. the auto's are kinda slow in my opinion. but my stock baby can toast any stock v-6 on the road! it's fun embarrassing the people that buy the base model camaro's and mustangs (v-6 models) because they think they look cool and are fast.
