soon to be first time T4R owner looking for advice

I ended up with every option (that I know of) on mine. Not really on purpose, but kind of I guess.....

Rear air suspension....... it's one of those things that makes you go "aww, this is soo cool" for the first month - after that - it's just kind of there. It is fun though to get the occasional "your car just lowered itself" after you park it comment every once in a while.

NAV: As with any factory NAV there ar plusses and minuses. Obviously it's nice to have, the bluetooth, vehicle settings, etc. it's all right there and it's integrated. That beign said (as with most factory installed systems) the GPS feels like it's from the 90's. Yes it works fine, but the interface just seems kind of old and the map update DVD's are $160. I do enjoy having it though - especially since I moved to a new area recently. I don't use it for directions that often, more for just looking at the map to orient myself and find street names.

V8....... awhhhhhh....... something I totally did not need, but just wanted. It's fun. Beware of the exhaust manifolds developing small hairline cracks. This won't affect performance, but just sounds ghetto for the first few minutes the vehicle is running. I'm dealing with this right now in mine.

A Flowmaster 50 Series big block muffler is money well spent. Not too loud unless you give it a little oompf.

It took some time but after searching for a Red V8 with grey interior, I finally got one today. It is a 2005 limited and was 4.5 hours away so it was a long drive there and back.

I was a little disappointed in a couple of areas where the paint is very dull just above the front wheels on the rounded part of the fenders. It looked like someone must have buffed through the paint.

Looks like I need to get some paint repair done, fix a tear in the drivers side leather seat and replace the headlights because not only are they faded but there are small cracks in them. There are also lots of paint chips on the front of the hood. The one accessory item I would definitely like to add is a navigation system with backup camera. I can get rid of my dash mounted Garmin and also the back up camera is great to have.

I've decided to keep my 2005 V8 limited for another year or two and also need the driver's leather seat repaired. There's options with that fix but I'm still trying to decide...
