Sound Nav system - Help

I have just installed in my 04 4runner with 10 speaker JBL system Navigation system I have bought at OEMVALUE.COM (Solara unit). It works perfectly, but I am still working on Sound that will tell me directions. I know that I have to connect amplified speaker to the 20 pin plug. Where do I connect those two wires? There are two rows of 10 pins each. Looking on the back of the unit with the plug pluged in from left to right where those two wires go?
