Sounds from AC in Dash above steering wheel...

When I have the AC running in my 06 I hear some sound vib / whisle sound coming from the dash just behind the steering wheel....as soon as I shut the AC off...gone.......anyone have this, is this a dealer fix??

If you're still under warranty, you might want to talk to your dealer about this. It's a common problem on '04-'05 Toyota products. There's a TSB for '04-'05 Tundra, Sienna, and Sequoia (AC006-05), and it's also affecting the '04 Lexus RX 330.
The noise makes it sound like the bearing is shot. The TSB solution is of course to replace the blower motor.
My only hesitation would be to know where the motor is first. If they can change the motor easily, great, but I wouldn't want them removing the entire dashboard to get at it. There's always a chance they could create a new problem if they tear the dash out!
