I am going to look into fitting a small led pod to the left and right of each shackle mount facing directly backwards.

Also the bolt on hitch will be designed so that it can be taken off for the same departure angle that the integrated hitch does. It will only be rated for 3500lbs.The fully integrated hitch is proven to 5k lbs.

The stock truck is class III rated to 5k lbs as it's bolted on from the factory. If it's bolted on through the Southern Style bumper in the same way it's bolted on stock (through the frame) what about this configuration would lower the capacity to 3500 lbs? I plan to run the bumper with the hitch removed and only bolt it on when I tow, which is seldom to never.

For those who are not powder coating, what are your plans for painting this bumper?

I was thinking of painting it to body match and then powder coating the swing out black. I was thinking rattle canning too, but it is so visible I don't want it to come out looking like ass.

I am looking to get a good bed liner spray on it with a UV color match with the body. Gonna be siiiiiiick

I don't think there should be an issue. I asked Fargo the same question and he was running a 48" hi lift on his. They posted a side shot on the first post.
