Yes, updates:
As is the case with most projects, it takes more time and money than you originally planned, but we are moving quickly now. We've also had a hell of a time procuring the 60+ spindles we need to complete these orders and thankfully the spindle gods have shined their light down on us and we received word that the first batch of spindles will arrive next week.
So we're about a week or so behind schedule but things are rolling along now. We dont have any other distractions at least until Jambo, so I expect to begin building the first bumper next week, and after the learning curve of manufacturing this new design is dealt with I hope to complete these bumpers in 2-3 work days each. We've also hired additional help and are looking for one more poor soul to join us on our quest.
I sincerely do appreciate ya'lls patience. Ya'll have made this group buy more than I could have ever hoped and we are working tirelessly to meet your expectations as quickly as possible.

We are currently at the mercy of the metal shop as it seems the beginning of summer is busy for everyone. However, we do have all of the spindles, latches, license plates, grade 10.9 hardware, clasps, hinges, reverse lights, wiring harnesses, do dads and thingamajigs in our possesion and ready to be installed. We're also going to start building the pallets so that no time is wasted.
I'm told we'll receive our first order of metal next week and because the center sections are all identical we can go ahead and start putting bumpers together quickly and fabricate the individual swing arms as the orders are ready to go out.
Just keeping you guys up to date. These delays are very frustrating, I understand. We are taking proactive steps to remove any remaining bottle necks to getting these out the door.
