Spacer- 1.5"

(bear with me as this is foreign to me)

I am interested in lifting the front of my my 2003 4 Runner Limited, V8, 4wd. I am not looking for anything "over the top" but just a slightly more "aggressive" look. Basically there is a fine line between justifying the cost of doing so and too big. Currently everything is factory including the tires which are 265/65/R17. I am thinking about getting the Daystar Spacer which apparantly provides a 1.5" lift. Product is ComfortRide Suspension Coil Spring Spacer Kit-RH3
Was also considering the 1" as well but again dont want to spend $ if there is no affect on the appearance.

Does anyone have pics of their 4th Gen with just the modification of adding a spacer? All the pics I see of the spacer seem to have other modifications (lift, suspension, etc.)

Any other ideas on how to provide a cheap, relatively small but still noticeable lift are welcomed. (have a gift card at 4wheelparts so references to items available there are encouraged).

I have the daystar 1.25" spacer which provides 2.5" of lift in the front. Yes a half inch is a big difference visually.
 
This is a 1" thick spacer (2" lift in front). Look up my old thread for details on the install. It's a spacer off ebay since it was only $60 and works great. Everything else is stock on the truck:

The Daystar spacer you linked to in your first post is a spacer for the rear, not the front. There is not a cheap spacer around that's 1.5", everything is either 1" or 2". I have a combination of springs and a 1" spacer that gave me a total of 1.5" of lift. I also stepped up to a larger tire. Pics in the link in my sig, just click where it lists my lift setup. From there, you can decide if you want more or less. I would advise you going with the coils also, but that adds a little complication to the install and also a little cost. If you're intereseted, I can provide more details on that.

One important thing you should know is that on the front, you get twice the spacer thickness. For example, a 1" spacer gives 2" lift. I advise you to take a floor jack and set it under the center of the front end. Measure a starting point, then jack the front up 2". Step back and take a look, and if you like what you see, here's my suggestion. You can get a Daystar Budget Boost kit from 4wheel parts relatively cheap. This is the Daystar spacer you'd need. It is advertised at 1", but that is spacer thickness. It's the same spacer as galactic 04 has, it'll give 2" of lift. If you don't like that, you'll need to find a 1/2" spacer to go for a 1" lift (Toytec is a good option here).
 
You don't see a lot of pix cause most want more after they have a spacer lift for a bit. You will be constantly searching for your idea of the perfect stance. I started with a Revtech spacer and finished with a OME. I think I got it sorted now.

If you want to piece one together you can have my old front spacers. I just don't think I have 100% of the parts. I have the big ass spacer and the small top spacer. I even have the knock out studs but those could have been stock?
 
Perhaps you guys can fill in what parts are missing. No rear spacers - I cut them up to use with the OME 3in HD springs.

If you really have to press new studs in, that's not an easy install kit as you'll have to disassemble the whole front strut assembly. IF you're looking for an easy install kit, I'd get one that doesn't require that. If you have XREAS it won't matter though.
 
Appreciate all the feedback everyone. Coleman I'll let you know if I decide to take you up on the offer. the 1" that gives 2" of front lift sounds like just what i am looking for.
