spacer lift/shock question

Hi,I have a 2010 SR5 2WD. I have the Toytec 3/2 spacer lift sitting on my floor waiting to be installed. Its front spacers and rear Toytec springs. It is designed to be used with stock shocks. Even tho I dont hate the stock ride Ive read so much about how much better the ride can be with aftermarket shocks. My question is how will the ride be post install if I leave the stock shocks in and if I'm better off buying new shocks as well and do it all together? And if new shocks are to be done, which ones? The lift is basically just for looks since it is 2WD. Any advice/opinions are very welcomed. PS: I'm trying to stay on a budget and still mod my truck.
