spacer lift

got my lift today now to figure out how to install it haha
any help wouldbe great.. its a 2.5 spacer lift

you will need spring compressor for to compress the springs here are the steps

1. remove the strut from the truck(one big bolt n nut at the bottom and 3 small nuts on top "not the big one in the center")

2. compress spring till the top hat is separated from the springs, make sure to give a good 3 inch gap between the spring and the top hat for the spacer

3. remove center nut on strut

4 put in spacer

5. put in center nut

6. release spring compressor

this is a very dangerous process i suggest to go to a shop to do it, spring compressors aka widow maker

It can be done carefully....just be extra cautious! If you don't feel comfortable doing it, a shop can do it for you easily.......

well got my front end tore apart to put my spacers in maybe finish it tomorrow

I'm assuming you'll also put a 2.5" of lift at the back? that should be so much easier.
