a dealer screwed up my spare tire carrier so i got a new one installed in my 94 4-runner for free. long story...
so I don't need the original two part (31 inch tire) spare tire carrier assembly i pulled off my old 1994. both parts spin perfectly freely, you'd need new installation bolts and two pins from the dealer but they only cost ~$6.
should fit all Toyota trucks from 1989-96
$25

what?

so the first line of my post was "a dealer screwed up my spare tire carrier so i got a new one installed in my 94 4-runner for free."
sorry I wasn't clearer, the dealer screwed up, I thought it was obvious that I forced the dealer to give me a new spare tire carrier for free.
I want $25 for it.
Re read the part that says “so I don't need the original two part (31 inch tire) spare tire carrier assembly i pulled off my old 1994.”
Forgive me but I thought this was a post for selling stuff. I pulled this off my old 1994, try it sometime. If a working spare tire carrier for $25 isn’t cool, I’d suggest going to a junk yard with your torch, and locating one that spins freely, or pay a dealer $200 for a new one.
I prolly make more of this than I should since I live in’a Northeast and salt locks them solid after a few years.

you did post in the "classified" but in the Sub-Cat under the "FREE" section, thats why people thought it was a FREE tire carrier
