Spare Tire Question & General A2T Request

Easy request first: Pics of 4th generation sport with AT2'2.

Hopefully easy request: Will a 265/70/17 fight as my spare under the 4 runner? I never swapped out the dunlap and since I am about to replace the NTG's with either NTG's or AT2's, I wanted to keep one of my existing NTG's as a space instead of the factorty 265/65/17.

hey, not to bug you but do you know if a 265/70/r17 will fit a stock 2003 4runner? tire size now is a 265/65/r17

Steve, no problem w/ 265/70/17. For some reason the BFG a/t will rub a bit but no other tire has been reported as rubbing.

MPower, yes, the larger spare fits. With stock exhaust a 275/70/17 has been squeezed up there. One member, with modded exhaust, carries a 285/70/17 size spare...

Yes, Steve my current NGT's are 265/70/17 and they fit on my 04 sport with very minimal rub.
