My spare tire is rusted fast under my '87. The hanger mechanism was ridden over the beach too much. (I didn't do it.)
If I end up cutting it down, I'd like to mount it on the front end or on a swinging rack on the tailgate. The roof is out of the quetion since I carry my yaks up there.
I'm having trouble finding spare tire rack ideas. Help?
