spare tire size

How large of a spare tire will fit under my '98 4Runner? I am looking at getting another factory wheel and then buying 5 tries. I will rotate all 5 around the truck but need to go with the largest tire that will fit in the spares location. Thank you for any and all input.

265/75-16 or 235/85-16 or 32".

If you don't have a hitch you may be able to go with 285/75-16 or 33".
