I am new round here.
Have 2006 Limited v8 4 runner. Spare stolen, replaced by a "reconditioned" wheel & new tire= almost $600. later. Have it riding around in the back-need to remount under body again since vacation is around the corner. Of course this means it can be ripped off in the same day here in Chgo. Is there any chain, lock or device which can be used to make it more difficult for the a-hole thief?
Have thought about a live wire & other devices of torture.
And why isn't it tied into the alarm system?
