Spare tire

Just bought my first 4runner a few days ago. She came without a spare tire/jack/lug wrench. I definitely want to acuire these items to have on board. I'm guessing my best bet is going to be a junk yard, but if I can't find anything, what are my best options? Will any six lug wheel fit? The wheels/tires she has on now are off a Tacoma - 265/70/16. Do i need that same size for a spare or can I just get any ol' six lug as a spare for just incase?

It's best to have the spare the same size as the rest, but it's not mandtory.
If you have manual or auto hubs on the front axle, 6 lug rims from another vehicle are not likely to work. The center hole on other brands (Chevy, Isuzu, etc) are smaller than Toyotas.
