Threadlocker for the helicoil

Hey, I've gotten my parts in. Now its time to go get a helicoil and do the thread on the head. I've found a few videos to help with my project and decided this one was a great video to go off of.

This mechanic uses Loctite 262 (red) on the outside of his helicoil.

I've read someone using JB weld, I'm not sure what kind. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to use on the outside of the Helicoil in order to get the best results and assure the cert stays in place?

Red loctite for the outside part of the helicoil. Let it dry/cure for an hour before threading your spark plug in. I would also recommend using grease on your tap and cleaning it often. The grease will catch the metal shavings rather than letting them drop into the cylinder.
