Spark Plugs

I am wondering what the best spark plugs would be for my 2000 SR5 4X4 w/ TRD S/C??? And can anything else be done about the cylinder misfire code I have been recieving lately besides adding the 7th Injector Kit??? Thanks ahead of time for the reply.

I always ran NGK plugs in my very modded Eclipse tirbo and nevere had issues with them and definetly stay away from the Platinums and just use the regular ones.

What's wrong with platinum plugs?

They are ok in stock configuration and will last a very long time but platinum isn't the greatest coinductor of electricity and in turbo and SC applications where high cylinder pressure is present platinums tend to misfire. I tried a set in my modded turbo DSM and they just wouldn't work.

i plannin to get some denso's for my soon. ive seen 3 differnt kinds but dont know which ones to get? regular ones? i hear people getting NGK's a lot... are they better than denso? i know denso spark plugs are sponsered by toyota

Densos are good too it just seems NGKs are more readily available.

went with the denso iridiums. seem to be working very well with the TRD S/C.
