Spartan Locker

I just received my Spartan locker and it looks different from what I have seen. Does this look right? Seems to be missing the part where the axel slides on.

It says to use stock slide gear?

Any help from you guys would surely help!!

The 8" Toyota v6 spartan locker is just the cam plates that mesh into and ratchet off your stock drive/side gears that your axles are driven by. Follow the instructions and don't reuse the Toyota thrust washers.

Thanks Mike! I was thinking that after I made the post but wasn't sure. After studying and watching install vids I was taken for a loop when I just just 2 pieces.LOL Wonder if they changed the design to have less parts, i.e. cheaper to make or using strong oem gears?
