Speaker Size..easy question

I have an o4 with non JBL. Door has a tweeter grill near top..Can I install Infinity component tweeter in that spot and the 6.75 in the normal spot at the bottom of the door.. I dont really want to cut the door panel. Also..Does one put a component set in the rear too. I usually just use a good head unit, amp, and four speakers..Have not had a component speaker before..thanks.

I would do a comp set up front and then do a two way in the rear.
