Sometimes the metal contact on the base of the bulb needs to be moved to make proper contact! Also remember to check if you plug it in right! The bulbs (LED) are sensitive to polarity unlike the halogens!
And if that does not work send it back so I can throw a B**** fit to my supplier! If it does not work, let me know through pm!

Here's some pics from my 4th Gen with LJ's LED lights installed. The pics aren't very good -- I apologize, but I couldn't find any way to slow down the shutter speed on my camera. They appear much brighter in preson than it looks like here, but you can at least tell from these pics that the interior is well lighted throughout. Trust me, it is as bright in there in person as anyone could possibly want or need.
The map lights are single bulb LED's, at my request, but they are still plenty bright for my taste. The door lights, as you can kind of tell, in spite of the poor pic quality, are nice and bright and actually functional when you open the doors at night (as opposed to the door lights with the OEM bulbs). The light hue is actually white, not blue, as the sub-quality pics seem to show.
I'm very happy with the purchase transaction and the upgrade. LJ was great to deal with!

Webby meant to say that the bulbs are the standard 5SMD LED bulbs that came with the basic kit! Not the map panel that I am offering. Nice to see that they worked out!

The flash was off -- no flash either pic. I just couldn't get better quality because there doesn't seem to be a way to slow down shutter speed on my camera

That's what mine basically looks like in reality. Except I think his map lights might be slightly brighter than mine -- I'm thinking that he has the LED panels in the map lights, where I have the "bulbs" with what is it, 5 LED's on each of them?

yes its the 5050 smd leds in my led panel i have for my map lights, it has 24 of them, this is in my 4th gen map lights.
