Sport Edition Option Metallic or Painted bumpers?

Hey guys I drove home a Sport Edition from the dealer to show the wife. I must say what a great ride. it is a V6 4x4 with the side airbags, 10 Speaker 6 JBL, Moonroof, All kinds of small options, like the door sills protectors(real nice) Xpel on Doors and sills, Paint protection, Tint. Thins thing has the works.

I want a Galactic Gray because of the contrast with the silver accents on the outside, but here is my question.

Are those silver accents pieces on the front and back painted silver or are the a sort of metal, aluminum flat silver? I was wodnering if they are how would they hold up under rock chisp in the front??

They're painted silver and chip just as easily as the paint on the rest of the bumper.

Funny I thought they were some sort of Metalic Alinum and not actually painted. I have the Titanium Silver they match perfectly and figured they were painted to match. I guess they are that way on every Sport. Roof racks also. This truck has them painted as well
