Sport package running boards

I have a 2000 with the sport package. I have a chance to buy a set of running boards off of a 2000 limited which are the same color as mine. Will they fit? Does the sport package require any special boards? Are the mounting holes the same. The boards have all of the hardware with them.

The sport and limited running boards are different. It does not match up, it had to do with the flare designs between the limited and sport models differing.

This is why. Plus ive tried with a friends limited to confirm and came up with the same conclusion.
