"Sport Suspension" - Does it exist?

Background....I want to remove the XREAS from my '06 V8 Limited and go to Bilsteins and coil springs all around.

While browsing the SPARKSTRD online catalog I noticed a reference to models "W Sport suspension".

Exactly which years and models were available with Sport Suspension and how was it different from the standard set-up?

My goal is to find the stiffest spring rates possible without lifting the rear of my Limited more than 0.5".

I know FJ springs fit and they are allegedly stiffer (never seen the spring rate listed??) but they also raise the rear at least 1".

The only "sport suspension" available was XREAS. Also, I would not say that the FJ springs lift the rear at least an inch, when I had them on my truck I would say it was at most an inch.

I just completed the FJ springs swap and i would also second the comment- All you will get is an inch at most.

Were your FJ spring installs on V6 or V8 'Runners, with or without OEM XREAS?

If only I knew exactly how much stiffer the FJ springs were vs the stock springs

Mine is a V6 and had the stock xreas.

Here is some info on stock FJ springs. It looks like they are 190ish and I believe that the rear spring for a 4Runner is around 180. I may be wrong on that though.

Also, what is your ultimate goal with your suspension? On road performance, off road, little lift, no lift etc...

It may help some of us come up with recommendations.
