I've finally decided to have a thread of my own here on T4R and what better than to have it be a "build"? Its in quotation marks because Im really slow at getting new parts and not very good at taking pictures when they come in, hopefully that will change! This whole thread is just my fun little build, My reason for doing some of the things is because I just plain want to haha
My 4Runner was and still is my only vehicle which I gratefully got from my parents after they bought a 2009 Land Cruiser. They bought the 4Runner new in 2001 so Ive been with the 4Runner for a long time you could say.
Now a picture to fill what you came here for:

This was around how she was when I got her. I took the running boards off and the bike rack has been on since about 2004.
Since I had this in high school and now college its easy to tell that I never had a very good camera. So bear with me on some of the first pictures...
-Its real maiden voyage off road. I basically got it stuck and wound up with a big dent in the rear hatch because of a tow rope with a hook on the end...

That brings us up to the point where I started making my own changes to it.

At the hunting cabin.

Brand new Duratracs, Its possible I won't get another DD/offroad tire after seeing these in the snow!

After rims and lift installed.

Out with the old and in with the new!

This was after out playing in a parking lot when we got a random 12" dump of snow this april!

Yes, I do have a two-tone 4Runner, not my choice but the auto body guy I had fix the rear door after hitting a light pole a few winters ago didn't do a very good job at painting that side. So Ive been thinking about a few different colors I may get it repainted someday...

That is pretty much up to speed, Im sure I forgot a few little things here and there but hopefully I will be able to do a lot more in the coming years! Enjoy!
