Spotted at Road Atlanta 9/30/11

Spotted this guy at Road Atlanta for Petit Le Mans. Sitting on Ivan Stewarts and BFG's, sliders, roof basket, and a sweet custom front bumper. Can anyone identify?? I'll be there for the race tomorrow, so maybe i'll see them again.
