It really annoys me when sellers skimp on pictures. In the engine pic, why is the flame retardent material all shredded, and does this stuff on the radiator reservoir mean pink milkshake happened?

Not sure about the shredded hood insulator, but the pink residue is probably either a leaking reservoir cap or spilled coolant that dried and formed that crust. Doesn't mean pink milkshake at all.
