Spotted: lifted 3rd Gen in OBX

I'm in Nags Head for the week. Spotted a black '99 sport, mild lift with black wheels and an IJM '99 Sport, lifted, black wheels and stickers all over the left rear window. Anybody on here?

Side note, lot of cool trucks down here.

Were you in Corolla or down south in Nags Head proper? I am usually in Corolla on Sundays since I am lucky enough to live 120 miles from the beach entrance! Unfortunately I was not down there this weekend due to family stuff going on, plus it's hot as hades right now, and I've heard the biting flies get worse as the temperature goes up. I plan to go down again in about 2 more weeks though.

I just got home from Nags Head this past weekend. I was staying on Rte 12 down by the Food Lion (?)Outback/Sonic Drive-in on 158...5100 S. Virginia Dare Trail was the actual address.

Had a great time, the weather sucked during the middle of the week but love it down there.

Hope you have better weather than we did!

@Shadow, we're actually in Nags Head. But I just got dome saying to everyone I'd like to hit Corolla next year.

Nice, enjoy the week. I prefer Southern Shores/Duck area. We stayed at Corrola years ago and it was nice, I just didn't like the additional 40 minutes it added to the drive. By the time I got there, car loaded with little ones, I don't enjoy the additional drive. Maybe as they get older we'll go farther north.

Hoping to do my lift on the 28th. Trying to coordinate my two buddies who said they will help.
