Shrockworks were 10 days early on their 3 month lead time, delivered Monday, installed yesterday.

Do the sliders stick out far enough to use as a step to access stuff on the roof rack?

They do make a good step, But..I'm 6'6". So I don't know if you can effectively reach your rack. I actually stand on my rear tire when I really need the reach.
