Springs the same on V8 and V6?

Does anyone know if the V8 and V6 have the same springs in terms of the number of coils, and thickness of material.
I am looking into swapping out mine with those of an FJ as CJ3Flyr did but I think he has a V6 so I am not sure if I would get the same or similar results.

I glanced at a parts manual for the 2003 models. The front spring part numbers are different for V6 and V8, for 2WD and 4WD, and left/right (8 part numbers total). The rear springs are the same part number for all models (one part number).

Unfortunately, that doesn't tell us whether the springs have the same thickness or number of coils.

Why the left to right difference? Which side has the heavier load (is it the left because of the driver and battery)?

Stock V8's are 5mm longer and the same rate as the 340mm V6 springs. The FJC are thicker barstock, have one extra coil (over the V6 springs) and are 350mm long (tall). All of that info is based on 4wd models.
