Sprint Mogul and 2006 Factory Nav

Has anyone paired a Sprint Mogul (HTC 6800) with the bluetooth on a 2006 Toyota 4runner factory navigation stereo?

I paired my Mogul to the stereo last night and I could hear a call, but the screen didn't switch to phone mode like it did when paired to my old Treo 700p. Also, has anyone been able to upload their address book into the nav/stereo using bluetooth? This feature would not work on my Treo 700p, but I am hoping it will with the Mogul. One reason that it didn't work with the 700p is that maybe the 700p was not bluetooth 2.0, while the newer phones like the Mogul are 2.0.

I have a Treo 755p and the 2008 nav (E7008) and I am able to upload one address entry at a time from my address book and it doesn't import the complete information from the contact. I got so tired of messing with it, I went ahead and entered in the numbers I frequently call into the phone section of the nav.

I tried uploading last night. So far, I am only able to upload one contact at a time. And this is not the fault of the Toyota nav unit... the limitation is that I can only send one contact at a time from my Windoze Mobile phone (Sprint Mogul). My contacts are stored in the Mogul's mobile version of Microsoft Outlook, and Outlook doesn't have a way to select all contacts at once to beam. If anyone knows how to select all in Windoze Mobile Outlook, please let me know.

On another note, the Bluetooth 2.0 of the Mogul works better with the nav stereo. Instead of only getting battery strength on the nav screen, I also get signal strength... I am having a problem though where when I make a call from the phone, the nav unit doesn't automatically go into phone mode. I have to manually go into phone mode. Weird.
