Squeaking belt?

It seems like every time I start my t4r it will squeak for a few seconds and then go away, or it will squeak forever until I put it in gear. All the belts are new gates belts and they are proper tension I think. Could it be the PS pump or alternator?

My truck squeaks too. Usually when it's humid out. I inspected my belts and they are beginning to dry rot. Where should I order new belts?

So I think my squeak is the belts, but my first suspicion was the PS pump...

If you have looked under the hood while your Runner is squeeling and can't find the source of the noise, you might invest in a mechanics stethascope. This tool will make it much easier to locate the source of the squeel, and can be used for diagnosing other issues like exhaust leaks at the block or intake leaks. Also good for finding groaning bearings in power steering, Idlers etc...

you can go to a car store and pick up this spray(forgot what its called) that is made to go on your belts to stop them from squeaking.

I think it is around $5-$10. You just start your car and start spraying on each belt on the top and bottom. Worked like a charm for me.
