Squeaking Brakes?

Hey all, I'm having some trouble with my 2015 Trail 4R brakes. The brakes squeak noticeably (I've been told about it by quite a few people) at seemingly random times when applying the brakes. Its been happening for about two months now, and I've had the truck in to two different shops and both have found nothing wrong and haven't been able to recreate the sound. It seems like it squeaks as the rotor turns (as in only 1/4 of one turn of the rotor), which makes me think the rotor may be warped but I've been told they look flat and smooth. The brakes work as they usually do and the pads aren't worn out. Any thoughts or suggestions on keeping it quiet?

Cold brakes can do that sometimes. If that bothers you, take pads out and put some brake lube on the piston surface and shims.

Or see if something is out of place, like a bent dust shield.
