squeaky belt when I turn it on

Ok, so almost every time I turn on my car on the front left tire it sounds like a belt is squeaking bad. Its really annoying and embarrassing when I have friends in my car. What do you think this is and what can I do to fix it?

When have you changed the belts last? As already said, bad belts. They could just be loose if they aren't too old.

yeah man, i and a lot of people on other forums swear by them. they're good belts for sure

Might be the belts, then again might not. I had the same issue when my fan clutch was going out. Took it off and did an efan and it went away. Had new belts on before that and didn't fix it. Try the belts first and then go from there.
