Squeaky Heater Fan

My heater fan has started to squeak when I run it in low and medium speed. The fan still works but the noise is annoying. I looked at one in the junk yard and I didn't see anyway to lube the fan. Does anyone know of a way to lube these units?

The fan is located under/behind the glove box (for my 1997 4Runner, it looks like a white cylinder plastic thing). You can remove it by undoing 3 screws. Clean the fan using a brush and vacuum. You can lube the fan bushings as well. It seems that since 3rd gens don't have a filter for the HVAC, the fan and HVAC system get quite dirty.
