Squeaky UCA bushing, anyone else encountered this?

Had them installed a few months now. Everything has been great until a few weeks ago one got squeaky. Always lube the bushings and ball every 2 weeks or so. Thw drivers side back bushing is the culprit. I have been working with Dirt King on the issue (great customer service by the way) and they sent me a new sleeve and one bushing. Just installed and still seem to have the issue. I noticed the bushings move differently when I move the arms, one rotates in the UCA and the other rotates on the sleeve (how its supposed to iirc). The problem one also buldges out as where the other ones dont. Everything has been tripple torque checked with 2 separate torque wrenches so I doubt that's it. Anyone else had this?

I dont know how to post video , but here are pics of bushings. 1st and 2nd are with the new sleeve and inner bushing (old outer) and the 3rd is how all my other bushings look

You may actually be over greasing them. Bushings typically need grease twice a year, tops. UCA bushings are susceptible to damage if over greased.

One of the reasons you don't want poly bushings on an everyday vehicle. If your bushings are the same dimensions as stock you could replace them with rubber. Rubber does not squeak or need lube.

I am aware poly can be stiffer and slight noise. This is not normal though, and its only this one, the other 3 are perfect. Dirt king them self said there was an issue.

No you cant use rubber, these are aftermarket arms, not poly in stock arms

Usually the reason for the squeak is movement metal area contacting non lubed section of poly. Washers are not spaced enough off the sides( inner sleeve too short).

Looks like your good with grease on the washer part, most don't get enough grease between the poly and control arm housing.

I apply moly lube on mine yearly. They do get squeaky between the washer & bushings when the lube dries out.

Yes, dirt king was awesome for customer service. Defiantly stand behind there product. Ended up sending me a slightly longer sleeve and new bushings. Fixed the issue right up. Been about 10k miles now, and not a single issue.

I grease them at each oil change and lube the uniball with Triflo every few weeks.
