Squealing when slowing down under 20mph

Hello,

I have noticed this squealing sound when slowing down. It's only under 20mph. It seems like it starts around 15mph. Braking or not braking does not change anything. If the windows are up I can't hear the sound.

I have attached a video, I'll try to post a better video later.

Check for loose heat shields or some other sheet metal, or road debris rubbing on the drive shaft/s

I checked and couldn't find anything like that.. To me it sounds more like rubber or plastic.

Try jacking up each wheel and rotate them by hand to see if the sound is coming from one or more of the wheel assemblies.
