SR5 17" vs 18" wheels and rubbing

Going with a 3" OME lift. I want to run a 275/70/17 duratrac but Goodyear doesn't make one. Question is if I went to a 18" wheel and put the 275/70/18 duratrac on it will that make any more of a difference as far as rubbing goes? I have searched but have not found any answers. Wheels will either be MotoMetal 957's or KMC's in either a 17x9 or 18x9.

A 275/70/18 would be a 33.15" diameter tire and probably would rub a good bit.
You need a 275/65/18 to be the about the same size as a 275/70/17 .
