SR5 factory radio removal

Does anyone have directions or even better, pictures, on how to remove the factory radio from a 2005 4runner SR5? I'm not quite sure how to remove the dash panels around the radio. Thanks a bunch!

Pry out the knee panel until it is loose. Unhook the wiring harnesses on the left side of the panel, and let the panel hang loose--it's not necessary to completely remove it.

Great write up on the link 4RNR-LOVN posted. It's still being used today! I upgraded my dads radio this past weekend and noticed that in the back of the radio there was the regular radio antenna plug and also what looked to be a mini version. Does anyone know what the mini plug/wire is used for? I have everything wired up and working but it's just bugging me not knowing what it is used for.
