I see 4Runners all over the place, at least one of you has got to want to go off roading! I really don't want to go solo so if any of you have a free weekend shoot me a PM so we can have a get together!

Hope you get some rigs to join ya Jordan. At least us Coloradians are bumping your thread for you.

Get over to the Colorado 4Runner Run thread and vote for your date to come back out to the Rockies. I will be totally bummed if you don't make it for our three day run!!
 
Oh yea you guys got me bit by the off roading bug, lol. I did manage to find a place to wheel around here (check 3rd gen section) but it wasn't much. I'm going to try my best to get out there, I'm not gonna vote just yet because I need to check a few dates and I'm going to check around with a couple friends to see if they may want to tag along

LOL Glen, yea thanks for bumping it up! I'm gonna be super bummed if I can't make it either, but I'm going to try my best to make sure I do make it. :bigok:

Doug, your tires look amazing on your rig! I'm envious, I've been shopping around for some new tires so hopefully I will have a new good set by this summer! They really do look great, they really compliment that lift nicely, :bigok:

There is always room for another Yota. We were supposed to hit Badlands this weekend but they are calling for rain all weekend long so I may bail out.

hey man, im in columbia- let me know if you wanna go somewhere around here....there isn't much...
i've been meaning to head down to table rock lake area, supposedly there's some good forest roads that are pretty rough but I wouldn't know where...

I just got back from Kansas Rocks Rec. Park http://ksrockspark.com/ and had a blast...I met up with the KCjeepclub and went with about 8 wranglers, lol I'm wanting to make a trip up to Hannibal Rocks for a weekend but me being 16 makes it difficult to get into the parks... most of them don't allow anyone under 18 to go w/o a parent.. I just got lucky at ksrocks... I would love to hit up another offroad park though, any ideas?? Can you be my legal guardian? :bigok: lol jk
 
can a 24 y.o. be a legal guardian to a 16 y.o.? that doesn't seem right...who knows

are you in kc or stl? there are like 3 or 4 within 2-3 hours of me. smorr, krocks, hannibal, something something. i've never been to any of them though.
 
Idk, the Krocks guy was really cool about it though... he just made me sign a waiver form and then let me in! It does however say in the rules that you must be 18 or have a legal guardian accompanying you. Would you be interested in running up to Hannibal Rocks in late June early July? Or late July? Maybe make a weekend camping trip out of it or something, its like 2 hours or so from me in STL. My parents are divorced and I live in KC some of the time and STL the rest. lol
 
that sounds good to me. i've seen a few youtube videos of some fj's runnin hanibal- maybe we could figure out who they are and contact them about a run.
 
Post up on FJ forums and see if any of them can make it. I lurk around over there sometimes but the MO guys rarely go off-roading it seems like, lol
