These are self-adhesive door sill protectors. My 4Runner has plastic door sills. Do I need to remove those to install stainless, or do I stick those on the top of plastic ones?
Clean the plastic with some simple green or purple power type cleaner to get rid of all the dirt and such, then wipe it off with some alcohol. That way you can be sure the adhesive will stick completely.
Thanks all for reply. I'm glad i get to keep plastic ones without having door clearance issues. I'm placing order on sills today and maybe Yota all weather floor mats too. Any Good sites for these?
