Stalled now it won't start

Ok, today i fixed an exhaust problem, i took off the cat and just put a pipe in its place for now, since it was leaking way too much, and i also moved the 02 sensor a bit more towards the back. Now tonight everything seemed to be going fine, then out of no where brrrrrrrrrrwwwwwwwhhhaaaaaaaaa, no more power, and it stalled out of the blue going down a hill. Now i was turning the starter going down hill it wouldn't start, the starter turns but the engine won't start, as if their is no fire at getting to the sparks. What do you guys think it is? Could it possibly be my coil, battery light is on now on my dash.

Well if the BATT/CHARGE light is on, I'd defenitely check out the battery and alternator for starters.

If there's enough power to crank the engine off the battery, there's enough to generate spark. I drove my old '86 for a few months with a dead alternator working off the battery alone, it doesn't take much power.

its cool, found problem, stupid o2 sesor wires were melted on exhaust and making a ground.
