Starter help!

I have a 2005 4Runner that I want to rebuild the starter for. I was wondering if there are any special tools need to complete the task. And how much does it cost to get new contacts? Also what will the estimated time to complete the job be? Thanks, I'm sure there are a lot of threads for starters but I was having difficulty finding one for 4th gen.

I don't know about contacts but given the location of the starter, it's going to take lots longer than it would on a car with the starter mounted on the underside of the engine.
