Starter or starter relay

my 1995 4runner wont start,when i turn the key i get one click. It doesnt sound like it is coming from the starter more from the fuse box. i pulled the starter relay and got the same click.
any help would be great...

I had the same issue. It clicked a couple times and then didnt do anything after. Ive replaced the starter but no power gets to the starter to even try turning it over. Its a 2006 4runner limited 4.0 v6. The spot were the relay is at has no power. Could it be a fusible link?

Same-Same w/ my 1990 T4r, unfortunately I did not remove the anti theft device professionally resulting in no longer having a radio?
