Starting in Cold Weather (part II)

so I figure since it has been 15 below or more for a week, I will start the Beast go back inside let it warm up. Better for the car and better for me. Today I started it and pressed the lock button on the inside door panel and closed the door. When I tried to open with the key fob it was a no go. I went back in got the extra key and opened the door. then tonight the lights would not turn off when I clicked lock twice as I always do.........remote starter coming....

any ideas?

true enough. this cold snap is a long one. waiting for a break in it. cars looks like crispy critters. serious ice issues.

when the t4r is started, the factory remotes will not work ... not cause of the cold weather

You will have to just use the valet or another key or spend some money and get a remote start unit.
